Matthew 24:36-44

“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.

Genesis 6:15-22

15 And this is how you shall make it: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits. 16 You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks. 17 And behold, I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die. 18 But I will establish My covenant with you; and you shall go into the ark—you, your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives with you. 19 And of every living thing of all flesh you shall bring two of every sort into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female. 20 Of the birds after their kind, of animals after their kind, and of every creeping thing of the earth after its kind, two of every kind will come to you to keep them alive. 21 And you shall take for yourself of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it to yourself; and it shall be food for you and for them.”

22 Thus Noah did; according to all that God commanded him, so he did.

"Noah lived by faith, and as a result he can be considered just. He obeyed God by faith. He found grace, also known as unmerited favor, in God's sight because he was a man who obeyed God."

James 2:18-26

18 But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. 19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! 20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? 22 Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. 24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

25 Likewise, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way?

26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

"Noah was saved by water, Moses was saved, or delivered from death, as a child through water in a small ark, the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob who are the Jewish people were saved as they crossed over dry land when the red sea was parted."

1 Corinthians 10:1-4

1 I want you to know, brethren, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea, 2 and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, 3 and all ate the same supernatural food 4 and all drank the same supernatural drink. For they drank from the supernatural Rock which followed them, and the Rock was Christ.

"Surely it was God who performed all these mighty works. God was working in these men's lives through faith."

Let's look at how Jesus, the Messiah of Israel, and the only begotten Son of God saved His disciples through faith, many years after He saved Noah and his family through the flood that engulfed the entire world. Let's remember, Jesus did not shrink back but declared, "Before Abraham, 'I AM'" (John 8:31-59)

Matthew 8:23-26

23 Now when He got into a boat, His disciples followed Him. 24 And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep. 25 Then His disciples came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!”

26 But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. 27 So the men marveled, saying, “Who can this be, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?”

"You know, I can see myself in these disciples; but who am I to compare myself to these great men? I can become burdened by such foolish cares and concerns in this life. Take a moment and remember with me some of the words the Lord Jesus Christ spoke." Matthew 11:25-30 25 At that time Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes. 26 Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. 27 All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. 28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

"He is welcoming those who labor and are heavy laden. If you are burdened, you can lay your burdens down at the feet of Christ. If you do not know Him, I would like to encourage you to make the decision to leave your past behind; turn from your sin and follow Him."

Mark 2:13-17

13 Then He went out again by the sea; and all the multitude came to Him, and He taught them. 14 As He passed by, He saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax office. And He said to him, “Follow Me.” So he arose and followed Him.

15 Now it happened, as He was dining in Levi’s house, that many tax collectors and sinners also sat together with Jesus and His disciples; for there were many, and they followed Him. 16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw Him eating with the tax collectors and sinners, they said to His disciples, “How is it that He eats and drinks with tax collectors and sinners?”

17 When Jesus heard it, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

"If Jesus asked you to forget your past, to walk by faith, and press onward would you follow him? I would encourage you to read this, and to be of the same mind. (Philippians 3:12-16) He is The Resurrection and the Life. Believe in the Name of Jesus, and you will be granted Eternal Life."

King Solomon wrote these words:

Song of Solomon 6:3 I am my beloved’s,

And my beloved is mine.

He feeds his flock among the lilies.

"This is speaking of Christ and His bride, the Church, who is the believing remnant.

If you have believed in Him, then you are born again; and part of His Spiritual Body, the church. You are a Jew inwardly, a part of believing Israel. All of God's promises are first to those that are Jewish by ethnicity; nevertheless, a man can only be granted eternal life by faith in Jesus, the Messiah of Israel. The Law of Moses cannot justify you before God, but the Messiah of Israel, who fulfilled every jot and every tiddle, can!

Please find a church that teaches through His Word, the Christian Bible. Your eternal soul depends on this." Hebrews 10:23-25

23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."

"If you don't turn from your sin and believe in Jesus, the Son of God, then you will not be granted eternal life. There only remains a certain expectation of death, torment, eternal suffering and damnation in the lake of fire where there is weeping and nashing of teeth, and the worm never dies. This isn't His desire for you. He is not willing that any should perish, but wants all to come to repentance. He is abundantly merciful. The reason He willingly gave His life, and suffered an excruciating punishment for sin in our place on the cross was because of His great love for the world."

Hebrews 10:19-25

19 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21 and having a High Priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

"Let's remember, life is in the blood; and the veil of separation between God and man was torn in two when Jesus the Son of God willingly gave up His life on the cross, not only for our sins, but the sins of the world. By faith, you can boldly enter into the presence of God through prayer. When you believe in Jesus as Lord, and look to Him alone for salvation, there is not longer a veil of separation between you and God. You are adopted, and become a son, an heir and a co-heir with Christ. Jesus Christ becomes your High Priest, and He intercedes for you continually. He also helps us in our weakness and grants us the privilege of interceding before God on behalf of others in prayer."

Matthew 18:20-22 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?”

Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.

"Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Hope is steadfast, and is sure. Hope is the promise of eternal life. Jesus is Our Living Hope."

Matthew 27:50-54

50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.

51 Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, 52 and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; 53 and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.

54 So when the centurion and those with him, who were guarding Jesus, saw the earthquake and the things that had happened, they feared greatly, saying, “Truly this was the Son of God!”

"Knowing that through His blood, you have access to the Father. You essentially are a priest, because you have access to God and can enter the holy of holies because of the work Jesus completed once and for all on the cross. His death, not only gives us a more abundant life on this earth, even in the midst of trouble and persecution; but His death created the means by which we can enter into eternal life. (John 14:6)"

Hebrews 10:26-31

26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries. 28 Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people.” 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

"Believe in Jesus the Son of God, and inherit eternal life. Let your flesh rest in hope, He will fulfill all His promises. Don't think you are higher than Him."

Isaiah 55:6-9

6 Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.

"Yes, He is the rewarder of those that diligently seek Him; and He is calling out to you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. He is exceedingly merciful! You cannot even comprehend how merciful He is! Mercy, is the just punishment that we deserve being witheld. Why would He show us mercy, except for the sake of His Great Name?"

Psalm 138:1-3

1 I will praise You with my whole heart;

Before the gods I will sing praises to You.

2 I will worship toward Your holy temple,

And praise Your name

For Your lovingkindness and Your truth;

For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.

3 In the day when I cried out, You answered me,

And made me bold with strength in my soul.

"He will judge all men according to His Word."

1 John 5:12 12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

John 3:36 36 He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” "I would encourage you to obey Christ by faith. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. Spending time with Him while studying the Bible is alway profitable, especially among believers in a Church that is in order according to His Word.

If you have called out to Him today, please cling to His Word." Ephesians 2:4-10 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

"If you have known Him and you have wandered from the truth, please do not continue in sin, but return to Author and Perfecter of Our Faith, the Shepherd and Overseer of our souls."

1 John 5:1-6

1 Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him. 2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. 3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. 4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world— our faith. 5 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

6 This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.

"There is only one Mediator between God and Man, and that is Jesus the Son of God."

1 John 1:5-10

5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

"Please remember that God's Word, the Bible, is the final authority."

Matthew 28:18-20

18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

"I need His help every day! I need Him more than I need anyone else, or anything else in this life. Jesus is coming back quickly, keep your eyes open, and walk wisely.

Remember, all who desire to live godly lives in Christ Jesus will face persecution. See the below portion of the letter to Timothy for understanding. This world will continue to go from bad to worse until the Lord Reigns from mount Zion, the old-city of David. There will continue to be perilous times. I am not a prophet, nor am I an apostle or anything special in that regard, but I think there may be small revivals in the midst of these perilous times, that's something I still need to look into in Scripture. I still desire to be a faithful servant, and looking upon the Eternal Hope that was promised to those who love Him."

1st Timothy 3 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was.

10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,

11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.

12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
